They'll call it chance, or luck, or call it Fate

I'm really late in posting these, but here are a couple of my homecoming pictures.


This weekend was a three day weekend. I got to hang out with Ariel this Saturday. I was happy because I hardly see her at school, and we always have so much fun together.  Saturday night I went to Steak & Shake with my friends, because Jackie was working there Saturday night. We wanted to go see her. On Sunday I went to a symphonic orchestra concert that was set up by our church. The music was beautiful! Yesterday, I didn't do much. I just sat around the house.

This past weekend was homecoming weekend at my school! Friday night I went to the homecoming game with Jessie, Lisa, & Alyssa. I don't normally go to the football games, but I made an exception for this one. I ended up having fun, even though it was cold and drizzling. We won our game! We were losing, but we made a comeback in the last half. We weren't state champions last year for nothing! After the game, we went over to Steak & Shake because Jackie was working at the time. We chatted with her and had some hot chocolate.

Saturday was the homecoming dance. I didn't have a date, I just went with my friends. I went and got my hair done and then I got dressed. Then Meghan came and picked me up. We went and hit up the sale at the local comic book store (so we could by lots of manga), in our dresses. We fit in real well the the rest of the geeks, I'm sure. After spending too much money, we met up with everyone else to finish getting ready at Jessie's house. We took some group pictures there and then we were on our way to the dance. This year was probably the most fun I've ever had at homecoming. It was probably because everyone else actually came with this year. I danced so much! After the dance, all of us went out to eat at Applebee's, where we ordered some virgin margaritas. Yum. Then it was back to Jessie's to hang out. I immediately took my hair down when we got there because, by that point all the bobby pins were poking my skull. Augh, it took forever to undo my hair! I want it to be known that I had 135 bobby pins in my hair!

I'm happy I had such a good time. I'll try to get some pictures up in my next post.
