It has officially become the part of the semester that I hate. School work is piling up like mad. I have one thing due after another; papers, presentations, and group projects, as well as tests and quizzes. I have so much stuff to remember right now that my head feels like it's going to explode if I have to put one more thing in my schedule. I'm stressing and because I'm stressing my skin is breaking out more than usual. It all sucks.

It's also reached that point, usually about halfway through the semester, where I start feeling a bit homesick. I miss my family, my best friend, and my dog. I would love to be able to spend a weekend relaxing at home, right about now. Sadly, it looks like I probably won't get to make any trips home until Thanksgiving break, which is still a month away.

I had a small break tonight when my roomies and I went to see the Legally Blonde musical at the IU Auditorium. The movie is kind of a guilty pleasure of mine, so I wanted to see the musical version. It was a really fun show. I liked a lot of the little changes and add-ins they put in the musical. Seeing it cheered me up for a little while, but I now unfortunately need to get back to my piles of homework.

Can it please just be Halloween weekend already? Then this deluge of crap will be done and I'll be able to relax.
