Hope everyone had a good Christmas. Mine was fine. We had almost all of my dad's side of the family over at our house. The relatives from Indiana even drove in. It was really nice to see everyone, but there was almost this fake cheerfulness about everything. Like everyone was trying to be happier about Christmas than they actually were. I understand why they were doing it though. This past year has been pretty shitty for the family, and I'm betting that many of them weren't in a Christmas mood. I know I really wasn't.

I did get some nice presents though. I now have a DS (well, I will as soon as it arrives from Amazon)! I am excited! I want to go buy games! I got Re:Chain of Memories for the PS2 though. I got some DVDs, like Ouran, Gurren Lagann, and the last box set that I needed to complete my collection of FMA DVDs. I received quite a few bookstore giftcards, and some money (which I'm going to save as funds for Ohayocon). As far as books go, I got copies of Beedle the Bard, and House of Many Ways (another Howl's Moving Castle sequel). Of course, I was also given some clothing. And Gimmical Impact, the newest LM.C CD, that I am listening to while I write this. ^_^

My cousins Harmony (melody1228) and Mariah, stayed at our house for the past few days. They left this morning. It was good to see them though! I always love getting the chance to catch up with Harmony, because we don't get that opportunity too often.
 
I really wish I had my copy of Havemercy at home with me, but I forgot it back at the dorm. And I've been itching to re-read it all week. *pout* At least I have plenty of other new stuff to keep me occupied.
