DJ's birthday was a good time! Our group of people was a little small, since a few of them are out of the state (or country) and Elise was being bitchy and didn't show. It was still nice though. The group ended up being me, DJ, Allison, Jessie, and Savannah. We had originally planned on staying in., but we changed our mind when the TV wasn't working right. After Jessie arrived she suggested we go to Tommy Nevin's, a local pub where she works. I ended up having a Black & White martini, since martinis were on special last night. It was pretty strong, but good. A little more alcoholic tasting than I like my drinks though. The bartender made all of our drinks strong because we were with Jessie. I was tipsy enough after that one drink, so I didn't have more than one. Afterwords, Allison, who was our lovely DD, drove us over to Denny's to get some food and sober up a bit. Then it was back to DJ's place, where I stayed the night. DJ told me that he enjoyed himself and I'm glad that he had a fun time.
