rinlinSo, my birthday party was Saturday night. It was so fun! Most of my friends were there (aside from DJ whose stupid car had to break down on the way over). Lots of pictures inside the cut!
First off a couple random pictures of me. I'm not really in the most of the party pictures because I was the one taking them.
Now for the party.
This is a picture of almost everyone at the party (except for Elise, who took the picture, and Jackie & Alyssa, who had to leave early). From left to right, top to bottom: Sammi, Malak, Lisa, Ariel, Leyla, Meghan, me, & Allison.
This isn't what it looks like... Elise didn't want her picture taken and Sammi was trying to get her in the picture. This got snapped right when she moved.
This is Allison the Twister Queen. The game died after a few minutes, so we did the next best thing and wrapped Allison in the Twister mat.
"Ok! Now, right hand red! *smirk*" Lisa & Allison.
Leyla & Meghan. This came out cute.
This would be Allison, Elise, Sammi, & Lisa. In case you can't tell what's going on, Allison is lifting up the top layer of her skirt.
And this is the Super Smash Bros. Throwdown that came later. The red-head is my brother, the video game addict, who was playing against Elise & Leyla (two more video game addicts).
We spent the time just hanging out and having a good time. We spent a great part of the party dancing to Leyla's fun Turkish music. I also had "Happy Birthday" sung to me in five different languages (I love my multi-cultural friends). I got some awesome presents. I got a couple guides to the mythology in LotR and HP, some anime merchandise, drawings from Leyla & Ariel, the book Wicked, plastic silverware (an inside joke), and some money. Overall, this birthday party was probably the best one I've had in a few years.
Oh, also, I got your Christmas card a few days ago Padfoot! Thank you! I've sent yours out.
