Happy Halloween, everyone! It doesn't quite feel like Halloween to me. Probably because I didn't have a Halloween costume this year and I haven't eaten nearly enough chocolate. I miss American Halloween traditions.
On Saturday night, Eri and I got together in Ikebukuro to celebrate Halloween. First we took Halloween purikura. One of the game centers had costumes that you could rent free of charge to take purikura in. Their selection was a little picked over when we went, but Eri wore a black cat costume and I wore a Little Red Riding Hood costume.

Our purikura. You can't really see my costume very well in this one, but that's okay.
After purikura, we had dinner at Lockup. We figured that a haunted prison themed izakaya fit in quite well with the Halloween theme. Eri had never been to Lockup before, so she had a good time. She liked the theme and when the monsters ran through the resturant. Both of us shared lots of yummy food~

My favorite drink of the night. You had to crush up the Oreo and then add it to the Kahlua milk. (I love Kahlua milk.)

The adorable strawberry roll cake Eri had for dessert.

It was good to catch up with Eri because I hadn't seen her since last month. I wish I could've had a costume and gone to a Halloween party, but Eri and I still had a fun time!
I had originally planned on watching Rocky Horror tonight in the spirit of Halloween, but I had a couple of things to do and now I'm a bit too tired. Oh well. Watching it by yourself isn't nearly as good as going to a midnight showing anyways.
